I’m fortunate enough to have two houses.

An interesting thing happened during the primaries.

My Country Birds told me they mostly voted in the Republican primary.

My City Birds confessed that they voted for Obama.

Actually, a lot of those City creatures admitted that they voted for Hillary – but what do City Birds know anyway. It could have been Alfred E. Neuman or even Michael Moore – as long as they were being offered the free handouts.

I’ve decided not to feed my City Birds quite as much. It’s time for them to learn to fend for themselves. They need to become less dependent on my handouts.

I’m a little concerned though. If my City Birds elect the next President I may be forced to feed them – whether I want to or not.
